Under Delivery Dashboard for Agency
How to set up and use the Under Delivery Dashboard for monitoring campaign delivery status.
The Under Delivery Dashboard is used to monitor the delivery status of campaigns that are not currently pacing over 98% and should be checked DAILY.
This allows us to efficiently view and access line items that require attention, with the primary goal of minimising Revenue Risk by taking actions to ensure that campaigns deliver in full.
The Dashboard can be set up for Agency by doing the following:
- Remove the 0 from Days to End Date
- Tick the relevant Agency SalesReps
- Sort by Revenue Risk (descending)

Notes:
Changes should not be made without approval of the Account Manager
Advise them of under delivery and offer an optimal suggestion
If a line item is missing please contact the Account Executive for an update
Many Content Drivers will appear for Agency - The Story is likely awaiting approval
Ask the Account Executive to provide an ETA
All actions taken must be dated, initialled, and outlined, within the notes of each line. Please include any attempts to contact the relevant Account Exec or Manager.
