Sticky CPM

Guide to setting up and managing Sticky CPM ads

The sticky is an ad size which sticks to the bottom of the page and doesn't move as you scroll - it’s a super visible ad. This can be sold on CPM across mobile and desktop. You can run both sizes in one flight, or only one size at a time if avails allow.

Notes:

  • Preview the sticky ad on site to check it is going to launch correctly. For the mobile sticky, you can do this on desktop if you open the preview on site – press F12 to open the console > CTRL+SHIFT+M to change to mobile view > refresh the page > the sticky preview should launch.
  • With Stickys, we can't track viewability due to GAM's capabilities. This is because we're unable to integrate viewability tracking for the unit, as it is a custom template creative upload. Therefore the viewable numbers are super low when they are pulled in the reporting because they're not correct.
