Standard iHeart Audio – Loading Process with the Bot
Instructions for booking and managing iHeart audio campaigns using the bot.
All iHeart bookings will be booked through Media Manager. The bot will create the booking for you, so you just need to add/remove stations as requested and add any geotargeting as requested.
All iHeart bookings will be missing in the GAM dashboard until you receive audio. Once you have the audio, please archive the flight in GAM.
If your booking isn't showing up in AudioServe and the bot hasn't made it, follow these instructions to manually create your campaign.

In AudioServe
Search for campaign via Advertiser or Campaign name
- Targeting Rules tab > Location > type city, region, country as requested.
- Zone tags > all NZME stations automatically selected, remove as required.
NB: Please ensure if you remove the NZME All stations default, you change 'All zone positions' to midroll.
Use the RAP sheet to search for the audio key number and then locate this Key in Drive
In Ads tab > Audio can now be uploaded to the "TBC" audio placeholder in your campaign from the mp3fromNG folder on desktop.
Please close the RAP once audio is loaded – click the contact # hyperlink > edit > tick both traffic and closed boxes.
NB: if you load more than one audio ad you will need to ensure the targeting criteria is set manually for the second piece of audio.
NOTE: If age or gender targeting, now need to add 3 kinds of audiences. 1st party, publisher data and Sonar demographic audience. Example below:
