Sending Digital Missings

A guide on how to send digital missings for the week.

Send Mon/Weds/Fri (date range 1 week out)

How to send the digital Missings:

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. From the Missings Dashboard, click on the 3 dots, click 'export', and then click CSV (excel).
  2. Edit the excel spreadsheet, take out Line item ID, make sure to note the start date and only keep in the sheet up to a week from that date. I.E 10th- 17th. Delete any dates after.
  3. For the 'Sales Rep' column, sort this from A-Z.
  4. From the Traffic Inbox (Link https://outlook.office.com/mail/traffic@nzme.co.nz/), create a new email and in BCC add the following groups:

Put 'Digital Missings' as the subject title and you can copy the last sent email's blurb, just make sure to edit the dates.

Attached are the Digi missing's pulled today which covers missing's from the 12th of August- 26th of August.

Please send all creative and loading instructions (including repeats) to digitaldispatch@nzme.co.nz

Please also RAP any iHeart that is missing, including repeats, and attach the relevant IO and audio plan.

Please ensure you check all Sales Rep missing's, especially if you have taken over a past rep's accounts!
