Reach Reporting for Products

Instructions on how to compile average reach reports for specific products over a period of time.

If someone asks for Average Reach of certain products over a length of time (e.g., Homepage skins from August – November):

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Pull reach report
  2. Dynamic – last 93 days
  3. Can filter by Country if required
  4. Product Name – contains – Homepage Skin (example)
  5. Or for a Homepage Showcase (Mobile Static Showcase: 100% SOV)

Download the report and open it in Excel

  1. Add a filter and filter data by Country
  2. Unselect all
  3. Select New Zealand (this will give you NZ eyes only, for international select all apart from NZ)

Using the Excel Autosum button, average the Total Reach imp column (Hit Autosum(average) and select the first cell of Total Reach Imps then hold shift and select the last, then enter)

This total should be the average reach for the product within those dates
