These are dynamic ads that would pop up every once in a while featuring the name of a company (e.g., NZME). This gets replaced dynamically with the company name based on the corporate network/IPs where the user that sees the ad is connected to (e.g., if you were in Air New Zealand, it would read "help Air New Zealand solve your content crisis"). It's much like other DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimisation) providers, but using the IP address/network as the signal.
The service is provided by Demandbase, an "Account Based Marketing solution".
