On Call Weekends
Guidelines for managing on-call duties during weekends
This article provides instructions for the Traffic Team Admin on managing on-call duties during weekends.
To Do:
- Make sure you put out of office on Friday.
- Be by your phone all day to answer any calls.
- Midday – Mid Afternoon jump into the inbox to see if there are any emails – only do super urgent emails but all others can wait till Monday (they should ring you anyway!).
- Put Blasts on ASAP if they are struggling.
