New creative > 970x250 and/or 340x88 > HTML5

  • HTML5 file > browse > upload creative
  • Insert click URL/click tracker
  • Add impression tracker in IMPTRK field if required
  • Add viewability tracker in Script field if required
  • Save

Go back to your order and ensure your line status is Ready.

Note: Change Type and Priority to Standard High 6 and Deliver Impressions As Fast As Possible if a campaign is struggling to deliver. This will impact other line items serving on site though.
