Digital Pencil Bookings Process
Guidelines for managing digital pencil bookings
Process effective from 05/02/2020

The process for all Digital Pencil Bookings is as follows:
- All pencil bookings must go through the MediaManager team and they will update the Digital Booking Calendar.
- If your pencil is confirmed, confirmation also needs to be sent to MM.
- At the start of each week, any pencil bookings in the next 2 weeks will be removed from the Digital Booking Calendar by Digital Traffic.
- Any pencil bookings required inside the 2 week window will need to be:
- Approved by either Megan Pescini or Greg Lockton, and
- Confirmed within 24 hours or they'll be removed.
- There are NO pencil bookings available on key retail weekends. The booking calendar has been updated to reflect this. These dates currently include, but are not limited to:
- Black Friday/Cyber Monday - (November)
- Christmas/Boxing Day
