All campaigns for White / Green must be approved before going live!
If the creative is loaded days prior to the live date, this is straightforward and Mon will confirm when approval is given.
If creative is loaded the day before the live date, please pause the line item and wait for Mon to confirm approval.
If the creative is loaded after the live date, please pause the line item before loading, so we do not risk creative going live without approval, and resume once it has been given.
Identifying Green / White Patch Clients
The easiest way to identify Green / White Patch clients is if either Mon, Lexi, or Maggie, are connected to them.
