The Agency Sales Team is organized into 9 separate Patches.

Notes

Each client/advertiser/agency will fall under a specific Patch and be assigned an Account Manager.

If you're ever unsure who to contact for a specific client, it's helpful to search for them in the Traffic inbox. Here you should find any prior communication, and be able to see who in the Sales Team was last managing the client.

Typically, the Account Executive is the most accessible individual in each Patch. They should be across everything, or at the least know who to put you into contact with.

If you have an issue with a specific client, and are aware of who the Account Manager is, feel free to escalate directly to them where appropriate.
