iHeart PMP’s/PD’s
You will need to know what DSP the buyer will be using. Once you know then you should search in AudioMax – for example FCB we have the following sales channels set up. Always check first as we most likely have set up the sales channel already and this will avoid duplication.
Once you have selected the sales channel then navigate to the deals tab and click on + create new deal.
Name the deal, we don’t typically set an end date on PMP deals, so the buyer can tap into the deal and bid as frequently as they’d like. PD’s and PG’s we do set an end date as these are more likely for a specific campaign. PD will typically run for a year.
Generate deal ID
Define the deal targeting either manually, or with a predefined supply pack
PMP set up:
Select 1st price and input the floor, bear in the mind that if you sell the floor price for $15 NZD the SSP tech and connector fees are added on top. For example, with a $15 floor, you will need to input $12.82 see below. This is important as the buyer will see the total price eg $15 but they do not need to know tech fees and connector fees.
When you email the client with the details, you will supply the deal name, deal id, SSP = Adswizz, the floor price eg $15 NZD.
Always toggle yes to enable competitive separation
PD set up:
Same set up as PMP’s however the only difference is the pricing is fixed price. Reminder, PD’s are a fixed price so there is no auction ie highest bidder wins. Typically, PD fixed prices are higher than PMP floors and we would like to see a commit spend by the buyer.
PG set ups are done in Adswizz
Please note: ALWAYS INCLUDE PG IN THE NAMING CONVENTION
First check to see if we have set up a PG deal for the advertiser already. If not, you will need to setup a new order. An order is like sales channel in audiomax, do not create deal id yet and keep end date open. Once completed, create campaign.
In put all the campaign details, select create ads. Create ads is where you generate deal id, define the DSP
Send buyer the same details you send with PMPs and PDs eg deal id, deal name, SSP and CPM. The buyer will need to set up the deal from scratch on their end.
Companion Banners:
To add Companion Banners, you will need to go into the Supply Pack and select "Display" and include all of these.
