AdsWizz Reporting

A guide to generating various reports using AdsWizz.

Send them to the iHeart dashboard in the first instance! Otherwise, follow the steps below:

Topline Report

  1. Search for the campaign in the Campaigns tab.
  2. In the campaign, go to the stats tab.
  3. Take a screenshot of Current Completion, Objective, estimation complete, LTR, and Reach.

Campaign Report by Ad

  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. Select Template List.
  3. Click: EOC report: Advertiser, campaign, ad. Apply.
  4. Filter Advertiser: untick NZME Digital Marketing and search for Advertiser > tick box > apply.
  5. Amend dates on the right-hand side to match when the campaign ran.
  6. Run Report.
  7. Export Report.

Campaign Report by Region

  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. Select Template List.
  3. Click: EOC report: Advertiser, campaign, region. Apply.
  4. Filter Advertiser: untick NZME Digital Marketing and search for Advertiser > tick box > apply.
  5. Amend dates on the right-hand side to match when the campaign ran.
  6. Run Report.
  7. Export Report.

Campaign Report by Station/Publisher

  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. Select Template List.
  3. Click: EOC report: Advertiser, campaign, station/publisher. Apply.
  4. Filter Advertiser: untick NZME Digital Marketing and search for Advertiser > tick box > apply.
  5. Amend dates on the right-hand side to match when the campaign ran.
  6. Run Report.
  7. Export Report.

Campaign Report by Device

  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. Select Template List.
  3. Click: EOC report: Advertiser, campaign, device. Apply.
  4. Filter Advertiser: untick NZME Digital Marketing and search for Advertiser > tick box > apply.
  5. Amend dates on the right-hand side to match when the campaign ran.
  6. Run Report.
  7. Export Report.

Some reports have too much data to show on screen and need to be emailed to you automatically (you will get a prompt for this when you click run).

Unfortunately, reports broken down by ad, region, and station/publisher need to be pulled separately. If you pull them in one report, it is very confusing to read.
