Ad Ops After Hours

Guidelines for making changes to delivering campaigns outside of business hours.

Weekdays

There will be isolated cases where outside of business hours there is a need to make changes to delivering campaigns because of errors. This could be things such as:

  • Incorrect creative
  • Incorrect click-through URLs

Should the need arise to make changes outside of regular business hours, please take the following course of action:

  1. Phone the Digital Campaign Manager responsible for the account in question to action the changes.
  2. If the Digital Campaign Manager is unavailable, phone the Digital Ad Operations Manager who can either action the change or advise the next course of action.

Weekends

If the change is required on a weekend, there is a rostered Digital Campaign Manager who can assist you.
