ZM is looking for a highly driven radio promotions/integration legend to lead the ZM Brand Engagement team. Reporting to the GM Brand Engagement and ZM Content Director you will be managing all aspects of the brand’s content and commercial Brand Engagement projects.

We are looking for someone who is hardworking, competitive and thrives on a dynamic workplace. ZM is a challenger brand that is constantly reinventing itself to stay relevant, so you must have the tenacity to tackle anything that constant change may bring.  

You will be required to manage the young and enthusiastic ZM Brand Engagement team in a manner that keeps them engaged and motivated.  You will take the lead on all activities and initiatives from planning Flochella to managing an annual client show sponsorship. You must have the skills to project manage multiple campaigns at one time, to a high standard as that is what our commercial team and clients’ demand.

It is a pre-requisite that you come from a radio background as you will hit the ground running be planning all Brand Engagement on NZME’s most promotionally active brand.  It is desirable that you have experience in content creation, especially content that has potential to be commercially viable.  We will need you to be highly organised with great attention to detail and excellent time management.  To keep ahead of the game in a highly competitive market you will need to be innovative and creative; willing to push the boundaries with strong and compelling written and communication skills. 

People management is desirable but not a pre-requisite, if you have carved out a career delivering excellent radio promotions and are looking for the next step which includes people management and offering strategic direction, we’d love to hear from you.
