RestaurantHub distributes Eveve Real Time Booking Software in New Zealand. Eveve is NZ’s leading provider of online restaurant reservations, already seating 1,000,000+ diners into our most popular restaurants during 2016. Eveve is a web application sold as software as a service and is accessible via the Internet. Dining customers book restaurants online or through their mobile and instantly receive confirmations 24/7. RestaurantHub.co.nz is our exciting new B2C website, and we have recently agreed a high profile three year marketing campaign with a major NZ multi-media company. As a consumer diner site, it will provide diners with the ability to search, book and confirm hundreds of great restaurants instantly!
Based in our Head Office at NZME Central and reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for both client software support training and client acquisition & retention in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Competitive remuneration is on offer as is a modern office building in the hub of Auckland CBD, with mostly usual office hours. Some after hours or weekend coverage may be necessary from time to time.
You’re self-motivated, flexible and receptive to ideas & challenges. You will naturally have the interests of the client restaurant operators placed above all else! You’re able to work with or without supervision as part of the wider dynamic RestaurantHub team.
Background in and knowledge of front of house operations within a restaurant or other hospitality environment is desirable but not essential. It’s preferred that you have experience with on the job people training, or telephone training and you’ll need to be well versed in computer use, customer management and office administration processes.
To be successful in the role you’ll need excellent English language and telephone skills, a valid NZ driver’s license and the desire to be the best in the business when it comes to outstanding customer service. Full Eveve software training will be given.
We are looking for a driven candidate in Auckland to provide customer support training and increase our restaurant clients using Eveve. A two day training session with a further two days on going training will be provided.
