We’re looking for an exceptional individual to join our exceptional Support Services team! If you're all about the banter and a team culture second to none, read on. 

To be part of this A-team, you'll need a can-do attitude, the ability to multitask and time manage and above all else, a passion to help people out. This role exists to provide solutions and assistance to keep all our customers across each of our digital and E-commerce products happy. Our current products include; GrabOne, Driven & Yudu with more to come! 

No two days are the same, so you'll need to be prepared to take on anything from inbound call and email management, customer onboarding and data entry to facilitating resolutions between consumers and independent sellers.

We're all about the attitude, the fit with the team culture and a drive to get it done, whatever 'it' may be. To succeed in this role, you’re going to need;

  • Demonstrated customer service experience in an inbound environment (retail or call centre)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and honed attention to detail 
  • Tons of initiative, the ability to think on your feet and for yourself
  • To pick up multiple new systems with your eyes closed and solve problems on the spot
  • The most positive, passionate, resilient personality
