The role is charged with delivering effective strategies, policies and programmes with a particular focus on enhancing NZME's people and management capability, and enabling collaboration across the group to aid in achieving our people and business goals. To do this we expect you’ll need a solid five years’ experience in HR with a strong grounding in coaching performance management, a related tertiary qualification and demonstrated leadership experience of engaging and developing others.
