Salesforce ‘Lightning’ CRM provides a single view of NZME’s commercial customers and is our source of knowledge for managing all sales related activities and reporting, However we’ve got big goals for this system and in 2018 additional functionality will be built to include the likes of creative management and electronic direct marketing (EDM).

‘Lightning’ is a ‘business critical’ system for us and there is a steady stream of requests for new enhancements, along with business issues which require resolution. This role is the interface between these requests, and the development of new features and fixes.  Each request requires documented business requirements, assessment and prioritisation; followed by funding, resource assignment and then execution via internal and external teams.

To achieve this you ideally have a business or technology related tertiary qualification, BA and Salesforce certifications will be an advantage. Essential is your exposure to business systems & data analysis, your ability to extract &articulate requirements clearly and succinctly; experience in problem analysis and solving and evidence of collaboration, facilitation and team working. Above all you’re a great communicator across all levels and platforms.
