The key to success will be your natural ability to develop, coach and motivate the team to achieve revenue objectives, through trust, integrity, commitment, and a “can do” attitude. In this role, you’ll find yourself developing sales capabilities & implementing strategies, nailing revenue budgets and working to enhance client relationships. You’ll be a proactive contributor to the local business communities in our region and will absolutely thrive on a challenge but love the rewards that come with achievement.

Previous media management experience would be advantageous but this is not essential and we encourage all levels to apply. Most important is your “fit” – your motivation, leadership skills and competitive selling skills, and of course your attitude! You’ll understand audiences and the benefits of needs analysis and solution based selling.
