As the first point of contact for all phone and visitor appointments at NZME you’ll need to ensure all interactions are smooth and a top rate experience for the other party. In this you’ll need to stay ahead of staff whereabouts, contact details and be a dab hand at managing the booking of meeting rooms, catering and the like. You’ll be in charge of mail, courier and prize distribution, and be a proactive part of the team happy to muck in wherever is needed! You’ll need be to be detailed, timely and accurate in everything you do; self-directed, proactive most importantly and fun to be around! And you’ll definitely need to be proficient in finding your way around and using a computer to help with email, spread sheeting and sales presentations when needed.
