You're obviously looking for a new challenge or looking to start a career in media, hopefully with us, one of the biggest media organisations in the country – and we just might be looking for you! NZME are looking to expand their National Contact Centre and we're after a new superstar to join our team and it could be you. You'll be accurate with detail and timekeeping (deadlines won’t faze you and project milestones will be delivered on time); you’re quick to learn new systems, and a communication whiz. And of course, most importantly, you’ll be a natural at keeping our clients happy through exceptional campaign project management and customer service!

The role and daily tasks include outbound calls to all regions nationwide connecting businesses with NZME and all we have to offer inclusive of radio, print, digital and events products, Event invites, Appointment setting and Media Sales.

To be successful in this position you must have the following skills and experience:

-          Ability to pick up CRM systems quickly

-          Confident and professional phone manner

-          Experience with KPI targets

-          Experience with objection handling

-          Self-motivated to meet daily call rates

-          Some knowledge of NZME products and brands

-          A fun, open and friendly personality

-          Good Pictionary and Scattergories skills
