As ZM’s Jase & PJ are leaving our shores, so is Jase’s wife who just happens to be our Multi-Brand Brand Engagement Manager, which means we are left looking for a highly commercially driven radio promotions/integration/branded content legend to join the leadership team of NZME Radio’s Brand Engagement network team.
Reporting to the GM Brand Engagement with two direct reports, this is also the department’s 2IC role. You’ll be guiding all commercially led Brand Engagement projects that span across multiple radio brands and other NZME platforms; plus traffic all briefs through to the wider team, adding strategy and direction. We’re looking for someone hardworking, competitive and who thrives on a dynamic workplace. You’ll take the lead on all proactive Brand Engagement commercial initiatives and be an integral part of the selling process.
A radio background is highly desirable as you’ll need to hit the ground running, but complementary fields are campaign ideation, strategy and management. It is desirable that you have experience in content creation, especially content that has potential to be commercially viable. You’ll be highly organised with great attention to detail and excellent time management. To keep ahead of the game in a highly competitive market being innovative & creative is key; you’re willing to push the boundaries with strong and compelling communication skills.
