Our Culture and Performance team is changing shape as the rest of our business innovates, changes and grows and due to an internal promotion we now need an HR Advisor to help keep our team at full steam. This role will be instrumental in supporting managers at all levels with generalist advice and support whilst ensuring company policies and guidelines are followed and specific administrative duties. You will be supporting HR Leads by providing people initiative based support as well as the creation and delivery of seamless people processes to support organisational objectives.
If you’ve been swimming in HR waters for a few years now and have gained solid working knowledge of HR processes and procedures along with experience of NZ HR related legislation, including Employment Law and the Human Rights Act, we’re keen to hear from you. You’ll also need high level interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people, love a fast paced and diverse working week and be adept at coaching and communicating to ensure timely and effective outcomes. But most importantly you’re a natural people person, quick to laugh & smile with a can do attitude, always willing to muck in to get the job done.
