Leading radio product for NZME and working closely with Content, Commercial, Marketing and Technology to ensure that the radio business delivers on its strategic imperatives is what it’s all about. Key focuses for the role will include the likes of ensuring all NZME Radio strategies are operationalised and executed as planned, managing the radio product portfolio to ensure we have the right mix of brands and initiatives in place and leading new product and initiative delivery across radio and integrated products.
To achieve all the above you’ll need to be an experienced and competent leader of product and operations to ensure revenue and audience targets are achieved, highly analytical and numerate to identify opportunities and build business cases; all the while providing expert people leadership to a highly skilled team in terms coaching and development to widen skills and grow capabilities. Experience in a dynamic media environment would be invaluable. You’ll be confident, curious and connected, meaning you share ideas, challenge the status quo and solve it at the source.
