As a key member of NZME’s senior leadership team, our new GM Strategy & Planning will be forward focused to develop and lead a high performing team to create a market leading strategic planning product. Displaying a higher than usual propensity towards driving multimedia channel planning recommendations which are developed to create integrated, audience led solutions. You’ll be excited about and ready to kick into analysis – reviewing, planning, strategizing where required.
The ideal candidate will eat strategy for lunch! You will have invaluable agency or client side experience and will utilise this extensive strategy and planning expertise, gained from demonstrated experience in senior media agency or client roles, to coach the Strategy & Planning team on the craft of creating a strategic framework. As a true multimedia expert, you will ensure that best in market channel planning recommendations, informed through clear audience insights, are created across Radio, Print, Digital and Search/Social platforms.
