The remit is to lead the Regional Sales Team and deliver revenue targets for NZME. Implementation of the company sales strategy across print, radio, digital and CreateMe channels will help you achieve your goals. You’ll develop, coach and motivate Sales Managers and their teams to achieve their revenue objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability in the market are maximised and lead the day-to-day business in the territory. And most importantly cultivate a winning culture across all direct and indirect reporting areas within the region.
