Along with this comes the introduction of new roles – in this instance in the form of a Finance Manager in the area of Content & Corporate Services.
This role has been established to partner with key stakeholders in the business to provide financial support and oversight to enable effective management of the business function. This is a true business partnering role where you’ll need to quickly and effectively build trust based relationships within the business. The role will cover all aspects of the financial planning and budgeting processes and reporting & analysis, including insights and recommendations that contribute to strategic imperatives. The role is supported by two business analysts – and therefore your skills in leading, mentoring, coaching and engaging staff will be key.
As a natural people person you won’t have a problem with the relationship aspects of the role and you’re someone who’s well known for your analytical skills, influencing abilities, initiative, flexibility and commercial acumen. You’re organised, customer focused and a true problem solver. Added to this you’re quick with a smile – its part of the positive, can do, people first outlook you’ve got.
