NZME’s success as a publisher is dependent upon how successful we are at attracting and retaining visitors to our digital offerings. AND how effective those products are at achieving the conversion and engagement required to reach the digital revenue expectations.
That’s where you come in. The Digital Insights team is a key cog in the wheel of the process, working closely with our digital product and content teams to help deliver desired results. Combined with this is measurement and feedback on progress being made and changes to be considered for optimal performance. As team lead you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the Insights Team is constantly focused on the areas that need attention in achieving overall Digital business objectives.
You’ll be charged with achieving product success, moving the performance bar and some serious digital analysis. To do this we envisage you having broad experience in digital and/or media operations with at least two years’ in a digital analyst role and a detailed understanding of SEO and social media practices. You’ll be agile, passionate, innovative, collaborative, a natural communicator and most importantly a positive, go-getting, candid outlook!
