Our Commercial team are a go-getting, smash it out, nail the targets, work hard / play hard bunch and we need someone to help channel all of that energy! This extremely varied role supports the key strategic implementation of our Commercial Strategy and manages our commercial reward & recognition programmes and reporting.
There is also a large marketing component, a bit of awesome event planning and you’ll be at home leading training sessions – told you it was varied!
Given the current dynamo in the role is off to explore the world of parenthood we’re looking to fill this role on a fixed term basis for a year. If you’re the right person to fill these very big shoes you’ll be a natural organiser, calm in the face of a storm, systematic and practical. You’ll be a dab hand with systems and processes, nothing phases you and you’ve got personality to boot.
Our skills wish list includes specialist radio skills or if not that then a background in media. Either way, we’d love you to be a solid and experienced all-round administrator and, you love to make stuff happen – fast!
