GrabOne is looking for an experienced, professional, and target driven head for our Store team. The core focus of this role will be establishing strategic partnerships in the market, planning a robust product strategy to meet customer demand and building out our 3PL logistics so we can improve the experience for customers.  You will drive the annual forecasting for the Store program and be accountable for achieving the strategic and commercial objectives. You will need to continually assess the product range against key competitors for price, quality and value. Set up and manage a core line of products that meet consumers’ needs and set up season categories and campaigns to really drive volume for the business.  To achieve all this you’ll have exceptional relationship & communication management skills; an in-depth understanding of ecommerce and digital platforms for retails, strong financial literacy and be an analytical problem solver – a real critical thinker. The role will be busy and varied, so time management and multitasking organisation skills will be a must, as will your presentation & negotiation skills…and most importantly you’ll have a show stopping smile, a love of life and fun at work!
