This is an awesome BA role for a systems guru! We’re looking for an analytical, logical, problem-solving systems genius! As if successful in this role you’ll find yourself coordinating the improvement, design and implementation of the operational systems that support the newspaper sales team, distribution, subscriber marketing and customer contact centre. 

You’ll need great people-skills and experience managing relationships as you’ll be working closely with a variety of teams including Finance and IT; plus you’ll manage all external relationships with software vendors. You’ll also provide support to the Systems and Support Manager and work in multiple special project teams so the ability to juggle deadlines and pressurised environments is important. To do this you’re also going to be well versed in business analysis, methodologies & frameworks, and have knowledge of project management development, methodologies, project life cycle and project documentation. Experience in a variety of systems and a proven track-record of successful implementation is essential; as is system support with logging of issues and prioritising fixes into the test/live environments. To round things off you’re a motivated self-starter with superior organisational, planning, analysis and communication skills, but most importantly you’ve got personality and love a laugh along the way.
