We’re on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our efficient, hardworking, collaborative and fun team based in central Whangarei.
Reporting to Accounts Receivable Team Leader on a day to day basis in this role you will find yourself performing cashier banking services and effectively and accurately applying cash to invoices in the debtors’ ledger. Added to this will be accurate & timely customer payment allocation, reconciliations to ensure invoicing is correct, processing of sales interfaces and resolution of customer queries. To achieve all this you’re going to need to be known for your awesome attention to detail & sense of urgency, exceptional problem solving & analytical skills and top notch communication skills. Added to this ideally you’re experienced in JDE or any other ERP system, but we can teach you that if not, most important is your positive outlook and beaming smile!
